If for any reason you are not satisfied

we will gladly refund or exchange any
terminal within the conditions outlined
below.
We will accept returns of equipment
within 30 days of the shipping date.
Terminals must be returned in original
packaging, with all parts, manuals,
and cords included.
Terminals must not be damaged, although
defective equipment is returnable.
Cardstreet.com does not accept returns
or exchanges on software.
Return package via a traceable
method after obtain return authorization
from Cardstreet.com.
Warranty with Merchant Account
Credit Card Equipment from Cardstreet.com:
Customers With
a Cardstreet.com Cardservice Merchant Account: Cardstreet.com Cardservice will replace malfunctioning
equipment free of charge within one year from the
date of purchase. If the one year has expired, and
a customer does have a malfunctioning unit, we will
gladly enter that customer into our replacement program.
Once it is determined that your terminal needs repairs,
a replacement terminal will be sent to you within
24 hours. The replacement terminal will be the same
model as the terminal being replaced. The terminal
will be shipped to you pre-programmed with your merchant
account, so on arrival it will be ready for use. You
have our guarantee that the replacement unit will
arrive having passed a thorough diagnostic test, assuring
reliability. The replacement unit will also carry
a 6-month warranty on malfunctions or defects. As
a Cardstreet.com Merchant Account holder, you will pay
only the shipping and handling charges. These charges
will be billed to you directly. A call tag will be
issued for the terminal needing repairs. The terminal
requiring repairs will not be returned, and will become
the property of Cardstreet.com Cardservice.
Customers Without
a Cardstreet.com Cardservice Merchant Account:
For claims made post the 30 day ownership period the
customer should contact the manufacturer. Each manufacturer
has their own specific warranty guidelines which are
included in the original packaging at time of purchase.
Most terminals manufactured for today's commerce are
all inclusive since they contain both a terminal and
the printer in the same unit. Warranties may sometimes
vary for each specific piece of the unit depending
on the manufacturer. Please use the chart below for
more warranty information, or contact the manufacturer
directly for assistance with your warranty coverage.
