our merchants and customers. We adhere to
only the highest standards in online privacy
and security. You can rest assured that
any personal information submitted or collected,
such as an e-mail address or phone number,
through our online merchant account application will not
be lost, rented, or resold in any way. Your
information is always secure and confidential,
and we will treat it just as we would want
our own business and personal information
treated. You will be contacted by Cardstreet.com
only to follow up on any questions or queries
you submit online, through our website.
In addition, Cardstreet.com Merchant Account Provider will contact you
when you submit an application online, to
complete the application process. Just as
with any banking or financial process, there
is always documents and agreements which
must be signed. In some cases, more information
may even be necessary before the merchant account application
can be submitted to our processing department.
For merchants requesting large monthly processing
volumes, say in excess of $50,000, with
minimal or no credit card processing history, more documents
and information will be required before
submitting the merchant account application to our processing
department. As with all your paperwork and
documentation, Cardstreet.com's staff is on
top of the situation, and will make sure
all the necessary information is collected
and submitted so that your account gets
approved as quickly as possible.

Personal Information
Under no circumstances does Cardstreet.com Cardservice Merchant Account Provider collect any personal information from a visitor to our site
unless that visitor explicitly and intentionally provides
it. There are no circumstances or conditions in which
we will collect any personal data revealing racial or
ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical
beliefs, trade union membership, health, or sex life.
If you are simply browsing our merchant account site, we do not gather
any personal information about you.
There are two ways in which you may explicitly and intentionally
provide us with and consent to our collection of certain

A) E-Mail Request - We
use links throughout our site to provide you with the
opportunity to contact us via e-mail to ask questions,
request information and materials, apply for or register

B) Application - If you
choose to enroll for one of our merchant account products

you. Depending on the type of product or service that
you request, you may be asked to provide different personal
information. For certain products and services, we may
require your name, address, telephone number, e-mail
address, credit card number, bank account information,
IP address, and/or social security number. Other merchant
account products and services may require different
or supplemental information from you in order to apply.

Information Collection
We do not collect any information regarding your visit,
other than the information provide by you through email
and merchant account application submissions. We do not participate in
